Saniflo not turning off after flushing

It could be a problem with the float switch that's bad, the micro switch may be stuck in the on position, or could be solids stuck at the float switch not allowing it to shut off. I suggest to open the unit and inspect the float switch.

Saniflo motor running constantly

Depending on the model name, it might be a build up of waste at the bottom of the membrane or the membrane might be warped, if it is warped it will need to be replaced. Most Saniflo units have a pressure chamber and a membrane which activates the pump on and off, that could be the main reason why is not shutting off. Also you can refer to the installation manual or the schematic diagram. If you don have it you can download it from the Saniflo website at www.saniflo.com good luck with your unit.

Saniflo Top: Pump

indicates perhaps a faulty pressure switch. otherwise: this happens often in hard water areas due to build up of limescale. Use a descaling agent (acidic) to clean the saniflo - can be introduced via the toilet bowl.

The float switch will be the problem.
We do not replace the switch, just change the unit as labour to strip and replace switch makes it un economical.

The saniflo system uses 2 stages stage one works sorta like a garbage disposal it breakes up waste, stage two is a high flo pump. one fo these has gone bad meaning the motor has burned up and shorted the sparking in the breaker pannel you refered to. As far as I know theese systems are self contained so you will have to have the unit repaced here is a link to the website so you can find a dealer or installer near you

Hope this helps.
