Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
HI! Lately I've been having issues with a T-11 error coming up on my machine. It's a secondhand risograph that I bought to print comics on, so I didn't expect it to work perfectly all the time, but I was hoping I would be able to learn how to fix it myself. Is there a way that I can fix this T-11 error myself? I have already worked out that the T-11 code means that there is a possible issue with the pressure control motor, but the technical manuals I have been able to find for my machine online aren't that helpful with solutions to the problem. What I would really like would be photos of where exactly the problem is and details about how to fix it. Thank you!!!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

P04-513 means ink overflow. Don't worry though, sometimes this is not always the case. The ink sensor inside the drum has two antennas, a short one a long one. The long one is always supposed to have ink on when sticking into the ink bead. If it doesn't it calls for the ink pump to turn on and draw ink from the bottle. If the short one ever gets ink on it, this error code comes up. Sometimes it is just caused by ink splattering inside.
Take off the drum screen and drum body. Inside, you will see these two antennas in the ink bead. Clean out most of the ink and make sure the small antenna has no ink on it. Reassemble.
