Question about Cell Phones
You need the reset code from the someone you bought it from. Otherwise may be you can take the battery off for a day or two and see if your code is reset. I doubt it though.

Chances are no, if you have a passcode now set in there and you do not unlock it then that could be a issue, but if you hard reset the thing and still get a lcok code chances are you never cleard the first one this prevents theft so you will need to contact apple and have them has it out whe nyou registered the thing.

The only way to bypass it is to put it into recovery mode. You can do this by turning it off and then holding the home button down then plugging it into the computer with itunes. The one you sync with. The phone will be in recovery mode, start iTunes and then you will be prompted to restore your phone. If you need further assistance, please ask.
