Sorry Ruth, I think you are not in the right place with this question. Here we try to solve technical problems from lots and lots of different kind. But with a medical problem, you are better of with a physician, doctor or in a hospital.
In the country I live, even if I knew what was wrong, I was not allowed to tell you, because I have not the correct education.

FRS23KF6EBA loud noise

Hi Charlie, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

Your new high-efficiency refrigerator may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become common to you. This also indicates your refrigerator is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. If the noise, however, become louder or more pronounced, then you may want to connect with a local appliance technician to determine if anything else may be the cause.

Loud "tire or wheel" roar on the highway

I certainly would take it back to the shop that performed the brake job and have them investigate. If it was not making the noise prior to the repair there is a good chance the noise is involved with the brakes. A possible loose brake pad, a sticking caliper(caliper pins may need to be lubed) or any number of things could be wrong.

Loud tick & knocking for a 1zzfe engine from 2001 toyota corolla

from what you are describing it sounds like a lifter/valve issue, i am a ford man i don't know if toyota do the same thing, but if they use inserts for the valve seats it is possible a valve seat has been dropping just has not dropped fully out to cause engine damage. buying a new engine will actually cost you less than an overhaul/rebuild anymore. the parts will cost you almost as much as a new motor will with all the machining that maybe needed.
