Question about Generic 4"" x 3"" digipro wp4030 usb graphics tablet w/cordless pen black
Can not find how to enable usb debugging on my pioneer r1 tablet.
Generally, to enable hidden developer features in Android (like usb debugging):
Go to Menu-Settings-About device
Tap on "Build number" multiple times. You should start to see a message that says something like "Tap 3 more times to enable developer mode" and so on until it says Developer mode enabled. You should then have a Developer options selection available in your menu that includes a USB debugging option.

Testimonial: "Thank you so much! Worked just as you said!"
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
