I have a similar problem. The cheapo valve broke off when I was moving the compressor and can't find a replacement. UGHHH this is why you should go with POrter Cable or Dewal, off brand **** is getting annoying.

Hot water heater pilot will not light


You have red wires connected to bottom of gas control valve?
Is this a power vent model?
What model, what brand water heater?
Is new thermocouple is finger-tight plus 1/4 turn and not shorted against gas control valve?

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
  2. Drain the cooling system.
  3. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
  4. Remove or disconnect the following: Negative battery cableIntake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor connectorPositive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve and hoseAir intake assemblyUpper radiator hoseAccessory drive beltExhaust front pipeAlternator and bracketsCrankshaft Position (CKP) sensor connectorKnock sensor connectorHeater hosesWater bypass hoseFuel linesEvaporative Emissions (EVAP) valve connectorCanister hoseIntake manifoldEngine wiring harness connectors at left rear of the engine compartmentPower steering pump pressure switch connectorFront coverSpark plugs and wiresCamshaft Position (CMP) sensorValve coverTiming belt.   1. Install the cylinder head with a new gasket. Tighten the bolts in sequence as follows: Step 1: 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm)Step 2: Plus 90 degreesStep 3: Plus 90 degreesStep 4: Plus 90 degrees

I think my motorised valve is not working. I replaced the thermostat, have it down to 55 and there is still 70 plus temps in heat. system is 3 zones. i bought the replacement honeywell unit today. the...


I am having a similar problem mine will not shut down but what I understand from the service man is the valve should work on Automatic... manual is for a defective valve and you can force heat through by setting it on manual...

UST Power System Plus 1110c. Broken valve, no online help or diagrams. Need to remove the pressure gauge assembly, but after a few turns, it stops and won't come off.

The problem is with the inlet valve please check weather the proper power supply is going for inlet valve after that if it is ok with power supply. kindly replace the inlet valve

Compressor tank will not fill with air


piston rings gone valves stuck inside nonreturn valve jammed the pipe coming from the pump unit into the tank before it goes into the tank it goes to a gold valve you need to take this out and check the rubber and spring if the seem ok turn it around and put back in then get back to me buddy
