Sounds like corrupted software. A firmware update is necessary. The set is not booting properly now. Just try make it a hard reset and check. Unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 20 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. If this too do not help you, make sure above said. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience.
