There are many GE support forums and factory support sites.
You might check first for a fuse inside (OVEN UNPLUGGED!)

SOURCE: GE Spacemaker microwave turntable will not turn

The turntable system consists of the motor, the coupler, the turntable support with rollers, and the tray.

You can see and hear a video of how a turntable motor should sound when you rotate it by hand.

If yours is not set to be off via the control panel, and it won't rotate or it sounds like it's grinding, etc., you may have a bad motor or plastic coupler.

To replace either, you need to unplug power, then remove the bottom cover of the oven.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

There should also be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

see this tips for to repair:
Inspect the plastic drive coupling that the tray sits on, as well as the ring-and-roller assembly, to make sure that they're working properly.
First, make sure the turntable coupler under the glass dish is not broken. Second, on the control board, find the turntable relay and test for voltage. Some turntable motors are 24 volts DC, so make sure your testing the correct voltage. If no voltage from the control board, then replace the control board. Otherwise head towards the turntable motor. On OTR models, you can get to the motor by un-screwing the bottom panel on the microwave. On countertop models, there will either be a knockout or screw on access panel. Check for voltage at the motor. If no voltage, check the wiring back towards the control. If voltage, then replace the turntable motor. The component list below also shows how to test a turntable motor.

HI.Let me just ask how many years that it has been used. Other auxillary parts might have been give in.Remeber that a single IC or just a single resistor or capacitor or an inductor that has been busted will stop the unit from operating. If socket wherein oven is connected has votage on it then the problem is in the unit itself. Now there are several parts of an oven.few to mention there is a dc motor that turns the turntable,a magnetron that is capable of heating the unit and has fuse on it.Now have you tried to check the terminal button/connection of the unit. Before it was shut down o won't work what was the condition of the unit .Did it suddenly turned off while using it.There are few things to check ..First the terminal button/connection of the unit. Also check the fuse possibly it blown out or you can check motor. You can check the continuity of the circuit using a Multitester. Check the continuity of the circuit by setting it to OHMS. Connect both ends.If the pointer does not moved or either it moves that reaches the maximum then parts of the unit was short-circuited.If the pointer just moved a little then unit is fine its just the connection to the terminal was not engaged properly there is an open circuit of the termnal ends.hope this idea helps.Thank you for choosing FIXYA.

Suggest you pull the plug out, remove outer cover and place a cup of water into the micro. Set power to minimum then switch on and take note if the fan works or not. If not, switch off immediately and have it replaced(magnatron will burn out if left to run without fan.)

Light, turntable and fan don't work

Possibly the light bulb has blown, which has blown on a track on the board which has taken out the turntable motor and the fan. Also, there could be a problem with the door switch.

Microwave turns on, but no heat or turntable movement

The problem is that the magnatron is not getting power. Chance is that if could be a bolwn fuse inside the unit. If the fuse don't fix it then that leaves the charging diode, capacitor or the magnatron, or high voltage xformer of which without technical epertize I would not recomend attempting to replace. good luck
