Why does the front roller keep dropping, resulting in lawn scalpage?

Is the adjuster broken or wore out so it won't hold where it is suppose too be. Some times you just need to tighten the bolts that holds them on. You may have to replace the adjuster as well.

How do you fit new Tine claws to this model

new tines on most any tiller looks easy but is a real job , over the years I have developed a more simpler way of just leaving mounting arms on drive shaft (getting them off is the hard part) and cutting the rivets off that hold tines to mounting arms with a grinder , then I just use bolts to reconnect new tines to old mounting arms

Change suffolk punch mower14 from grass cutter to scarifier

Remove grass box support cradle. Unscrew 2 allen bolts (one each side - located in front of cutting cylinder). Remove mowe side casing (drive side). Pull out entire cutting cylinder assembly. Usually they slide out without issue, but sometimes, they will jam and need levering out. There's nothing holding it in except the 2 screws.

Insert the scarifier assembly and secure with the 2 bolts.

Job done

Two year warranty from MacAllister is not worth the promise they make. Dont buy Macallister products. I am so disappointed with them.

Will a hayter hobby push mower take a universal scarifier/dethatching balde? thanks

Depends on how old it is. If it has a disc blade, it won't fit (there's no blade boss to fit it to!), but if a standard blade is fitted, it can be replaced with a scaifier blade. Having said that, rotary mowers aren't really suited to the task - better to get a cheap cylinder mower and fit a scarifier cylinder. MUCH more effective.

I have a Troy-Bilt PTO Horse (Horse III) 8HP TINES

The tines are very close to the housing and sometimes you do get rocks hitting,as for the dirt it should have side panels to keep the dirt in place.
