You will need a network cable to attach the wireless router to your computer to set it up. You want to enable security to block others from using your connection (read your manual). Once that is set up, you can disconnect the cable from the router and computer.

In the system tray, lower right of screen, look for an icon of a monitor with or without a red "X". Right click on it and select "View available wireless connections. Choose yours and connect. Type in your security KEY and you will be connected wirelessly to the router.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Best way is do a factory reset.Press and hold reset button during this procedure ,do not release the button until you are finished and you will be back to factory default.

1)Hold button 30 sec.
2)remove power cord hold 30 sec.
3)plug in power cord 30 sec.
You should now be in default factory mode, good to go.

Can you hook up interent to dsi without a usb cord (wireless)

Hi, I am Steve, lets get you some help
yes you can, the DSI menu allows you to turn on wireless connection. You can only use it with a WEP secured wireless router. This means you have to set up you wireless network using WEP security not WPA security - most wireless routers will default to WPA.
The easiest way is to log onto your computer connected to you wireless router and use windows wireless network setup wizard.

I have belkin g plus router and dont want people steal my interent usage how do i stop others from usen my interent also what do i do if i only want others in my house to use our interent

To make sure your interenet is secure on a wireless router, consult your owners manual for the device (you can also download the PDF from belkin.com support page if you need.)

You will need to log into the router setup from a connected computer, and in the setup either set a WEP or WPA key. Once set you simply go to your wirless and choose connect to the router and enter the key, make sure you check the box to save the key and then you should be good.

BE SURE to write the key down somewhere for your reference so you don't have to keep changing it if something gets changed on one of the computers.

The interent will work for everything for a day but...

Hello, Bobby.

Either your router or the service to your router is a problem.

Contact your provider for testing. You may need a new router.

Hope this helps.

Red ring on power botten

There are two ways to fix this. You can either send it to Microsoft for free if you have a warranty( or $100 if you dont have a warrantry) or if you want to mod it you can do what is shown in this video:

There is no configuration on the switch, this is a dumb layer 2 device. Plug in you PC's etc.. and go. The switch will auto detect the speed and duplex of the device connected to it.
