It just cannot recieve or make calls. i have no idea what is going on with this phone, some please help! thank you
Hi , This kinda problems we can not figure out untill we try something .
First of all go through the menu and search the network in manual and let's see if it finds any network by searching it manual selection if it finds the network you just have to select it or if still it does not find any network We could try Factory Reset / Hard Reset You can do factory reset through the menu mostly the default password is 1234. Try that and see if it fixes it.Or you
can do a Hard Reset to it and then see.It can be done by holding down
the two soft keys on the front of the phone (the soft keys are two
buttons with a "-" symbol on them.
Hold those two down, at the same time, while pressing the reset button
on the side of the phone. It's a small hole just below the volume
slider. You can press it with your stylus pen. This will erase all
data, and restore the phone back to factory condition.
If above solution does not work you really have to see the support center .
