1st make sure the unit has no trapped air by briefly tunring upside down , then make sure hoses are not getting tight or snarled , and lastly ck that drive belt along inside housing is tight enough not to slip too easy on drive rolls , it's made from rubber and water chemistry chemicals seems to soften rubber up and make it slip too easy

The power cord pins are numbered, 1 through 4. So are the transformer plug holes (the female pin holes in the "power pack"). For example, if you don't match number 1 to number 1, the green power light on the transformer will light for about 5 or 10 seconds, but the robot will sit there... well, like a powerless robot. Match the pin hole numbers and you have a working robot!
