Question about Sony Bravia BX330 32-inch KDL32BX330 720p LCD HDTV
When I turned it on it won't stop scanning channels. I tried unplugging it, then plugging it back in, changing the batteries, unhooking the cable connection and the light keeps flashing instead of staying steady. The TV is running through the channels and when I push "home" on the remote it scans the home menu really fast. I have changed the input pushed all of the buttons on the remote and TV to see if anything is stuck and it does not seem to be. Any suggestions?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can get an original replacement remote that will work all functions from Here: http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?o=c&a=Search&m=KV-27FS200&uid=11829594841080 Good Luck

SOURCE: remote control not responding
Perhaps you can try what I do when my KV24FV300 runs through channels and will not stop. Hard to watch and remote will not work. Nothing works but on and off from set.
Sony Says: Take all batteries out of ALL remotes that you use in any way for that set, VCR, etc. ALL batteries out. Turn TV off at set. Unplug TV. Wait at least 15 minutes then replace all batteries in ALL remotes. Plug TV back in and turn TV on from set.
Maybe, just maybe it will work. If it does not work why not call Sony, they always say that cannot happen but they have a solution for it.

Check to see if the lower buttons are stuck. You should feel a 'click'
when you depress them. If one of them is stuck... you found the
problem. Now you need to fix it. All you need to do is pull on the
plastic button just a little to give some spring back to it. Or try a
needle with a bit of a hook on it. Side it in the right side of the
button and pull the button forward. Just be careful not to pull it to
far. Just enough to correct to position.
Do you spray windex on the face of the tube??

I had the same problem with mine. The solution I found was to use an optical audio cable rather than the red and white RCA audio jacks. Hope this helped.

This is an error massage and comes when home theater got some internal problem specially in amplifier output section that can have defective output IC etc.
It is not user level repair and requires qualified tech for fix.
