Question about Samsung Propel A767 Cell Phone
OKAY SO MY FRIENDS GIVING ME HER PHONE AND IT SAYS NO SERVICE, WE TRIED OTHER SIM CARDS, TURNING IT ON AND OFF AND ALL THAT STUFF. I HAVE A BLACKJACK BUT I WANT HER PHONE, SO SHES GIVING IT TO ME. IS THERE ANYWAY TO FIX THIS?
I DONT HAVE A AT&T PLAN, IM PREPAID. SO I CANT TAKE IT THERE OR ANYTHING. ANY HELP THANKS ALOT!!!
I work at at&t and this problem occurs frequently when the phone is dropped. Sometimes when the bottom of the phone(where the internal antenna is) is impacted with great force, by hitting the ground, the wiring where the antenna is located breaks, or is damaged. At& t store clerks can fix this problem more than likely, or if you have insurance, we can send another phone. :)

The Propel is a subscription only phone. The reasoning for that is with it being a smart phone the only way to afford using all the features is through a subscription.
