Can someone please help me....i have a konica 7040 copier which recently reads an error ( F-35-1 ).

This code is for fuser heat failure. The fuser is the part that heats up and "fuses" the toner onto the paper and is located right where the copies exit the machine. The code means that the fuser is not heating properly or if it is the machine can not see the heat due to a defective thermister. You are going to need a service tech to come look at the machine due to several components within the fuser that can cause this code. You could have a bad thermister, heater lamp, thermal switch or some bad contacts. There is also a somewhat complicated reset procedure using the service mode that must be used to clear this code once repairs have been made.

Error e000004-0010 how to solve

I'm not a Canon Copier Tec but I know E04's on Canons generally means heat/fuser error - ie fuser, usally fuser lamp, thermister or thermal fuse. Have fuser replaced.

Have it looked at, due to it requiring electrical knowledge, ie test heater lamp(open), thermal fuse(open), thermister(check for toner built up on face) with the user removed from printer (fuser=hot bit that paper goes threw, just before where paper exits to go to sorter) or just replace assem.

There maybe a reset required, on some canon models after problem has been fixed.

So here is a link with explaination of the reset on a canon model simular to yours http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/2673-error-code-e004-canon-np-6330-a.html

What does an error code H4-01 mean on a Sharp MX4501N copier? The machine no longer copies, simply displays: Call for service Code H4-01.

Fuser Heater failure. The fuser is the part of your machine that heats up and "fuses" the toner onto the paper. It is located right near where the paper exits the copier. This error code means that the fusing unit is not heating up as it should. The most common failures in order of ocurance are thermal fuse, thermister and heater lamp. In any case you are going to need a service person to come out and diagnoe which part has failed, replace the part and reset the code for you. Should not be more than say $200 to repair.

What causes Error code 0500

Fusing Unit Heating problem. Meaning that the fuser is not heating up as it should. This unit is located right where the paper exits the machine, behind the left side door that opens. The most common failure that causes the code is the thermal fuse. When the fuse blows it cuts the power to the heater lamp. When the machine does not see the proper temperature within a specific amout of time the C0500 code comes up. Good news is it is a $5 part. Only bad news is you will need a service tech to remove the fusing unit, replace the part, then clear the C0500 code from the copier memory.

Copyer minolta cs pro ep2080 code c0500

This code means that you have a failure of a part in your fusing unit. The fusing unit is the assembly that gets hot and "fuses" the toner onto the paper. It is located right where the paper exits the copier. The most common part failure in this unit is the thermal fuse. As it's title suggests this part is a fuse which is suppose to blow if the fuser overheats. They usually just fail due to age. There are 2 other possibilities although not nearly as common as the thermal fuse. The other 2 possible failures are the thermister which reads the temperature of the unit and the heater lamp which actually provides the heat.
The thermal fuse is a cheap part at around $5.
You will most likely need a service person to come out and diagnose the problem and repair it. Unless you are mechanically inclined and have a service manaul you might have a hard time getting the fuser out of the machine and dis-assembled in order to replace the parts. There is also a specific reset procedure that must be followed in order to clear the C0500 from memory after repairs are made.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

My Oce im2520f is giving me an error code: C0500. After about 3 minutes of giving me the error code, it beeps four times (long beeps) and then in shuts off. Anyone have any idea what it might be?

The C0500 error code is a fuser unit error code. The fusing unit is the part that gets hot and "fuses" the toner onto the paper just before it exits the machine. There is a special reset procedure for this code so as to prevent overheat of the fuser. You will need a service technician to diagnose the problem in the fuser and then reset the code. Most common causes are blown thermal fuse, bad thermister or rarely, a bad heater lamp.

Minolta coppier 3000 has an error code c0500 and

The error code is saying that there is a problem with the fuser section. Did you have a power surg resently? If so you may be able to reset it. If not you may have a blown fuser lamp or thermal fuse or the thirmister. You may have to have it fixed before it resets.. The reset botton is on the main controler on the back of the copier
