Probably the window regulator or motor probably less hassel to replace it than repair it remove door card there will be a few bolts to remove and take full unit out

Try disconnecting the battery for about 1 hr then try again. Some times they need to reboot to rest the stop points.

you will have to remove the inside door panel and replace the motor that is attached to the widow braces this is an easy fix ,sometimes
its just stuck and needs cleaned out or taped on for good measure id replace it .its very small and not that hard to change really .

2001 Volvo V70 Drivers Side Power Windows

The Window that only rolls part way down, the stop for low position has moved apparently and must be manually reset. The other that won't move at all, your correct in checking the power to it. Pull the panels to access them.

Try pressing down till connects with window bracket, then try up & down. Good luck, Actuall sounds like you need to clenn the window motor plug-in's with some wd/40 next This is located in the driver side door pannel.good luck to ya. .

actually you have thought of all but the prob. The track has jumped, making the motor not move the window. Sometimes you can gently slide the window up by hand and then the motor will catch the track and finish rolling the window up
