Gas is running out of the Carburetor when the machine isn't running. Smell gas fumes

Are you saying that it WONT start or that you cannot pull the rope to get it to start?

try and start it with starting fluid if so rebuild the carb

when it cuts out check for spark the coil might be bad

Check the nozzle to see if is plugged. If water can" pass thru , it won't read a water pressure drop and turn on the pump motor.

Turn the water on, hold trigger down and let water run thru the hose to prime the air out of the hose. If it still will not start check the spark plug and clean it or replace it. A bad spark plug will keep it from starting

i have a honda power washer EXHA2424, I replace new spark plug, new gas., cleans the cabureetor, and it still won't start please advice me what to do
