Question about Kenmore 64802 Top Freezer Refrigerator
At the back of the freezer appers to be a drain, but water is frozen in it, so water driping to shelves. what is the temperature of freezer supposed to be.
The drain most likely was blocked by food debris and the water from defrost cycle had no where to go...unplug refridge...chip some of the ice along the bottom carefully or use heat gun to melt ice...when the tube becomes exposed put some hot water in the drip pan..this should help the ice melt in the drain tube....use a straw or curtain wire to clear blockage...you should see the water suddenly drain down tube...put everything back together...this is not a temp issue but more a blockage issue.
