Hope this helps. I have the same problem. It's not the switch but the mechanism that slides inside the switch, which activates the switch to go on and off. I fnally found it so hopefully they have the part in stock. It's not a clogged wand trust me I have torn it completley apart and found out it is the mechanism in the switch is plastic and breaks.

SOURCE: What kind of oil do

geno_3245_19.jpg

The pump uses SAE20 or SAE 30 non-detergent motor oil that fills up about half way
The engine uses 10-W30 motor oil that comes a bit more than half-way up dip stick.

Do not turn washer on its side or upside down to drain oil, or oil will run into carburetor.

Need to see a diagram of a campbell hausfeld clean power 37 unloader valve

Most all of the manuals for campbell hausfeld tools are found at www.chpower.com , just look for your model number. Also , campbell hausfeld does not make all their pressure washer pumps. Yours may be another brand. To find who makes yours look on ebay. Make search for {pressure washer pump only} and look for one that matches yours. Then look for that breakdown. Good lu ck.

Hookup

For the Campbell Hausfeld 1800 PSI model (PW182500AV), the garden hose connects to the pump inlet on the lower back of the pressure washer. The high pressure hose connects to the high pressure outlet on the lower front of the pressure washer. Here is the operator's manual that will show both connections. http://www.mowersatjacks.com/images/campbell-hausfeld/manuals/pw1825.pdf

I cannot remember the type of gas or the fuel mixture (gas to oil ratio if required) for my pw2050 2000psi pressure washer, last used 2006 cannot locate the manual,

Pump regular gas and no oil mix. Your engine has a dipstick which means its a four stroke engine.

The oil goes inside the motor. For summer use I recommend 30 weight non-detergent oil.

Change it out once a season *(Beginning would be preferred). Drain the gas out at the end of the season.

Hope this helps!

Campbell hausfeld wl504100aj parts?

Campbell Hausfeld uses two sets of id numbers. One number identifies the complete unit and a second number usually identifies the pump unit. Look for second number under cover on pump. Parts are available at www.chpower.com

Air compressor not working, campbell, hausfield turns on but doesn't make loud noise it used to seems like it is not kicking in. It just sounds like a loud vacuum cleaner. Campbell Hausfeld WL6501 13...

If your motor is running and not the pump, the malfunction is either in the pump or the coupling between the motor and the pump.

Some of these compressors are manufactured so cheap now that there can be just a set screw that is loose and the motor shaft is spinning free inside of the crankshaft.

If you drain the oil out of the pump and take off the pump crankcase cover, you should be able to see the problem.
