So your saying you turn the key to start and nothing 3-4 times? What I am understanding is it don't want to start for a few times.
I'd sure like to know what the fuel pressure readings were. There is a pressure test when it is running and when the vehicle is off to make sure the pressure is maintained when the vehicle is turned off. If pressure is not held when the vehicle is turned off then it will do exactly what you are saying it does. Which could be a few things, fuel pump and fuel filter for starters.
Possibility of some bad gas of gas with more water than should be in it and the water is freezing just enough to slow the flow of fuel down. I like to use "heat" in the colder months for just this reason.
it sound like someone has "unticked" maps go to settings then maps and map info and look for the screen that says city navigator, and tick box that should work unless someone has attached to pc and wiped maps
I have owned four of those units. Every one of them did what you are experiencing or just wouldn't give me any pressure after only a few uses. The company was certainly no help. I gave up after four and bought a heavier gas model from Lowes. Hope this info helps.
Try pressing down the vcr or Aux button for a long time. Then try pressing down power button on remote for a long time. Try info or display button for long time. After I fiddled around with these for a long time it worked.
