Question about Canon Pixma MX360 Printer
How can I solve this error code? 5,156,69. The cable is already connected. Scanner cannot detect by my computer. Please help me.

One thing to check and be sure of is that your printer cable (USB) is definately a USB 2.0 cable. Canon have an issue with their printers with scanners in that the data flow sometimes isn't sufficient when an older USB cable is used. The slightest drop of data on startup or during scanning will cause a stop.
Worth trying and has sometimes solved the problem for my customers.

I had the same problem, at first I thought that it was the original drivers (the ones I got with the printer) so I donwloaded the drivers from the canon website, this did not resolve the problem. What I also tried and it worked for me was connecting the printer to the computer with it's original usb cable. I bought a couple of weekes ago a usb extension cable (about 5 m long). With this extension cable I can print but I can't scan any document, it just gives me the same error. Hope this works also for you.
PS: My printer is a Canon Pixma MP190

According to you your scanner not working well which error code 2,114,0.
To solve this you can try the following
press and hold "power" button
press "resume" and release
release the "power" button
At this stage, your computer will detect a new hardware.
Insert the the driver CD and update the scanner driver.
It may happens also for empty cartridge of also.
Replacing of your empty or dry ink cartridge can solve your problem.
