My sewing machine stops after about 10 revolutions, the motor is till running but the needle does not move. any suggestions please ?

1. Loosen the screw on the front of the hand wheel, almost completely.
2. Now, tighten the hand wheel control knob. The needle should be able to move now.
3. Tighten the screw. Your hand wheel control knob should be able to be loosened for bobbin winding and tightened for sewing.
Just for information purposes: The hand wheel control knob is usually the small round knob on the front of the hand wheel and is also very shiny.

What is the purpose of the friction knob switch on a motorcycle?

If it located above the steering neck on the handle bars in the center , it is just a steering damper. It slows down the twisting of the handle bars if you hit a pothole or a bump while turning.

What is the purpose of the Friction Knob Switch on a motorcycle?

Some motorcycles are equipped with a steering damper. This is a knob that when tightened, put a bit of resistance on the steering fork. You don't see them much these days but back in the day, when riding at high speed, sometimes the front end would develop what we called a "high speed shimmy". Tightening this knob would reduce the "shimmy".

What is the rinse indicator clear knob inside door

That is the compartment for a liquid rinsing agent (Jet Dry). If you use it you can see if the compartment needs to be refilled by looking through the knob. Rinsing agent is supposed to keep glassware from having water spots but is not always necessary.

New to expresso machine - Cuisinart EM100c

This is a very loud machine. Here's the normal operation: You turn it on, and wait a few minutes for it to heat up, at which point the heating light will go off. Then make sure the function knob is turned to coffee, and it will start brewing. At first, it will make a short (loud) sound and then stop for a second. The purpose behind this is that the machine is pre-wetting the coffee, so that steam can more easily shoot through it in a couple of seconds. Then the loud noise will start again and run continuously until you turn the function knob back to the center. So, the sounds you were hearing were normal. There is a delay between when you hear the sounds and the water starts flowing out. If the coffee is pressed down (tamped) too hard, that delay will be longer. Hope this helps. You made a much better choice purchasing this machine rather than the more expensive EM-200, in my opinion.

Adjust the knob to the actual temperature. There are usually screws inside toe back of the knob for this purpose.

Alpine mrp-350 amp

1) If you bridge on a non bridged amp your sound will be horrible as they sine waves comming out of the two teminals will be different... I suggest removing the bridge. 2) The gain knob is to adjust when the amp will reach its max volume with respect to the sterio;s volume. 3) the LP filter is a Low Pass filter and its purpose is to eliminate the higher frequencies that do not sound all the well when played over subwoofers.
