RTS736W sound bar no sound - RCA Audio Players & Recorders

Are you sure sound bar is compatable with that brand tv? Some sound bars will not work with other brands.

After only three days I would take it back, or at least take the remote back and try it on a different sound bar.

I had the same problem, no sound from tv to the sound bar. I hooked up the output for sound from the sound source, your cable tv box or satellite receiver and ran it to the sound bar, and then received sound.

call the manufactor or the company , or maybe radio shack or best buy might have a copy.

Unplug the sound bar for about 10 seconds.
