Hello, my name is Curtis, and I am a Customer Service Rep. for Sharp Electronics. If you cannot receive faxes from multiple machines than you might want to check to make sure you machine is first set to fax mode, also check to make sure than the phone service for the machine is analog and not digital. The machine will not work well with digital service. You could attemp a work area reset on the machine, the procedure for doing so is to First take out all the paper, Second unplug the main power cord, not the phone line. And Last after about 30 seconds to press and hold down the start and stop keys while plugging the machine back in. Once it turns back on you can replace the paper. If there is still a problem please contact Sharp at 1-800-237-4277.
