You may have booted your blackberry while it was plugged into your computer through USB. Your blackberry cannot read the mem card at the same time as your computer. Try rebooting it with it being plugged into a computer.

MY BLACKBERRY CLASSIC HAS FROZEN,PLS HELP

Frozen how? You can't open it ? Blackberry can do this sometimes if you drain the battery completely.. you must leave it plugged in until opens. Or, you can try a hard reset doing this:
  1. Perform a hard reset to wipe all data from the BlackBerry Classic.
  2. Open BlackBerry Link on your computer.
  3. Connect the device to your computer using the USB cable.
  4. Select your device on the left pane.
  5. Go to "Back Up & Restore" > "Factory Reset" (Windows) or "BlackBerry Link" > "Preferences" > "Reload" > "Reload" (Mac OSX).

How to recover a BlackBerry ID using a BlackBerry smartphone

Something important to keep in mind when recovering a BlackBerry ID password is that you will need to use the BlackBerry Browser on your device or a web browser in order to complete the process. This is a result of a security precaution that prevents the password recovery email from being sent to the device. To recover your BlackBerry ID password, use the BlackBerry smartphone browser or a computer to follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the BlackBerry ID password recovery page
2. Enter the email address that you used to register your BlackBerry ID and fill out the CAPTCHA characters
3. A confirmation page will appear stating "A request to reset your password has been submitted"
4. Open the mailbox for your email address on the computer or by logging into the mailbox\webmail using the BlackBerry Browser and click on the BlackBerry ID password reset email (it can be identified by the sender: bbidpw-donotreply@blackberry.com)

Note: Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder in the event that you do not see this email in your inbox.

5. In the body of the email, click the link after the heading "To change your BlackBerry ID password, simply visit"

How do i recover data from a memory card that has been formatted

Deleting or formatting won't make the data in memory card erased permanently.

Those deleted data is still stored on the memory card , it's just invisible or inaccessible. So as long as those data are not overwritten by new data, it's highly possible to recover them. And the MOST Effective way is to rely on format recovery program.

Try asoftech data recovery program, which can recover data after deeply scanning the memory card to look for lost data you accidentally deleted or formatted. download it from

My blackberry is super slow, and is always thinking.

Pulling the battery to reboot will clear the memory is the most recommended and easy thing to do.
Ensure that you close all of your programs that you have been running. Hitting the red power button to close programs doesn't always close them, just puts them in the background. select the blackberry button next to the green button and hit it again and go to switch applications.
Then select apps that are running in the background and click the blackberry button again to bring up a menu and select close.
You will definitely want to turn it off sometimes. Even if it's a standalone OS for Blackberries, you may want to reboot it to free up some hoarded memory.
You may also have a sluggish battery. So see here.

Try going into options, then security options and cleaning out the memory, sometimes not cleaning out the cache and cookies can slow things down.
