It's more common on new systems until the OS gets full updates and sleep/suspend settings are set correctly.

i used it sunday night opened it out of the box for the first time charged it and wouldnt work the next day doesnt even show a green light nothen

  • ty2010 May 11, 2014

It'll only show green when it's completely on, sometimes suspend mode. When asleep the amber light will blink every few seconds and when charging the amber light will be on solid if it's off or fast blinking if it's asleep and charging. No light at all even when plugged in usually happens when the battery is allowed to go completely dead while in sleep mode, whatever residual charge is left in the battery is enough to maintain the sleep mode but not run anything, like enabling the charging circuit. If removing the battery, unplugging the power and pressing the start button does not bleed off residual power allowing it to start from completely off, you could have a bad charger.

Where is the neutral safety switch located on my 2008 Jeep wrangler?

Sounds like you're starting at the expensive end and working backwards! First, check your battery, make sure it has a good charge. Second step is the starter solenoid. Some designs have external solenoids, some are internal. Third is the starter itself. Once you are sure all that stuff is good, THEN it's time to start looking for the neutral safety switch.

The check engine light is meaningless when the engine is not running.

1998 vw beetle wont start when turn key but bump start works but doesnt want to stay running\

This sounds like the anti theft system is active, you jump start it but it dies out after a few seconds , if this is correct then try another key. the other thing can be a weak battery make sure the battery is fully charged and good,

I have a ford f350 duelly and it wont start but it will turn over i have jump started it and it started and now i have had it pluged in for 2 days and it still wont start plz help me figure it out

If its a diesel then you may need to get a spray can of ether starting fluid. Spray this directly into your air filter housing for approximatly 3-5 seconds. Try it once then try to start your truck. if it doesnt work then have someone else spray it in while you turn it over. However your problem maybe that you dont have enough charge in your batteries to completely turn your engine over to get full compression. in this case charge your batteries and try again.

For resolving your Nokia N900 problem, I recommend a firmware replacement to reinstall the system software. Once these devices start acting silly, this is generally the way to fix them.

Full instructions and software are available here.

I hope that helps.

Broke!

Try manually reseting the player:

press and hold the Select button while pressing the Volume Up (+) buttons simultaneously.

Also, after doing so, try connecting it to the computer, and leaving it for about 5 mins to see if you can get a charge. Then turn it on, if that works, you just need to charge your battery.

if that doesn't work, return and exchange it since you just bought it.

Wont start

Try charging it, if this doesn't work then try restoring the device (if you can get it to turn on) if this doesnt work then try the Philips support site, you can email them your problem and they should reply within 3 days. Weedy
