Question about Nokia E5 Cell Phone
Check your Nokia E5 manual (also available by searching on line) as to how to reset the phone. There is often a reset button that is very small and must be depressed with a jewelers screwdriver or something narrow like a fabric pin. This will unfortunately erase eveything you have saved (phone numbers, music etc.) and your information will have to be reentered assuming you have a backup. You can also contact Nokia tech support to see if they have a better way of overiding your password. --Stuart

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Default lock codes are 0000 or 1234 or 12345. Try these if it doesn't help then you need to visit Nokia Care and to get your mobile updated. This will reset the code to default.
