Check all connections on the TV and on the cable box or whatever the signal source is, making sure the connections are plugged in all the way. Also giggle the wires to see if the noise comes and goes. There may be a bad cable.

All is fine with sound on tele and cd but my dvd give no speaking sound and very quiet background music and noise.what can be problem

That could be a connection problem, depending how you have got the TV connected to the DVD player. Check all leads, make certain they are good quality and fitted right.
You can also check the sound settings for both the TV and DVD. Perhaps you have it on an incorrect sound mode?

Back ground noise

You cannot remove the background noise of already recorded material unless you have special software for that purpose. It is available, but costly. To eliminate some background noise, you may in the future, try to muffle the microphone by turning down the volume and recording by moving the device closer to the sound sources. Some folks put a wind sock over the recorder, as you may have noticed during TV News recordings on street events or at a studio. Try a wool or thick sock over the recorder and see if that helps.

Loud background music/noise on tv

The cheapest, fastest, and nearly the best thing that I've found to create sound deadening is to hang rugs or tapestries on the wall where the noise is being made (best) and/or on the walls of the room where you are trying to deaden the noise (still good). Rearranging furniture so the noisy wall is more covered is also sometimes helpful. If the noise is below you, area rugs are best as wall to wall carpeting has been shown to not be as healthy.

Hope this helps

You will need to adjust the audio on your TV. In this case I would shut down the bass boost and shut down the surround sound. Surround sound is sometimes called expansion sound. These are located on the menu under audio control. You may be satisfied with operating the TV in mono sound. Try this and see if this is better.

If you connected everything correctly EG: a 3.5mm jack to 2 X RCA plugs, into the TV. then the background noise might be because the volume is too high on the laptop. double click on the Volume control on the task bar and drop the level to half on main and wave volumes.
