My samsung gt-s5301 phone is on call barring i cannot make any outgoing calls please help

Hello Sir plz go to main menu then go to settings and look for call barring option in any of the following submenu.

View missed, received, dialled calls Recent Calls Activate call waiting Settings > In-Call Setup Divert calls Settings > Call Divert Send or withhold number Settings > In-Call Setup > My Caller ID View own number Settings > Phone Status
and then from the CAll Barring menu select cancel

You can call your service provider to give you further advice on how to prevent this error.

sir please call to the bsnl simcard customer care and say the cellphone model number.and the phonenumber then they will send the gprs settings to your cellphone save the settings and switch off your cellphone and again switch on.then connect the data cable from phone to the computer for connecting the internet...........

First, please, how is that SIM different from the others? Does it come from a different service provider, or what?

Please open menu >> open tools >>open settings >> Open call barring >> open call barring >> set password.

This is the way you can set call barring password for outgoing calls and international calls.

This should work for you.

1. Select a call barring option:
• All outgoing: prohibit outgoing calls.
• International: prohibit international calls.

• Incoming while abroad: prohibit incoming
calls when you use your phone outside of your
home country.
• Cancel all: cancel all call barring settings,

Try changing what frequency the phone runs on. That might correct your problem. You can find the setting in the same menu as you would find what network youre connected to.
