Question about Hoover UltraCare HC6 160E Front Load Washer
Whilst using the 29min program, my machine often stops and changes to caresse mode. How do I stop this happening

Suggestion: First plug off the wall. Remove the back panel of the machine. Check to see it the thin tube going from the top control panel to the exit side below the machine is block free. To check disconnect this from the top and blow into it. It should not blocked, refit. This is the water level control. Secondly check out your pump.

Hi are the clothes tangled up around the agitator if so the gearbox may be faulty or the brake may be worn,is it washing in both directions

Make sure it is not on rinse hold or crease care, release if it is, make sure pump is working, and that the cold inlet valve is working., all of these things could prevent it from completing rinse cycle.
