Question about hoobly.com
I have been a member of Hoobly for a few years now. I tried to log in recently and it said I needed to be verified once from this computer and I would get an email with the link in it. I never have gotten the email. I have been trying to log in to my Hoobly account for a couple weeks now and it says the same thing. I need to know why it doesn't come through and what I can do about it.
I've had the same exact thing happen with more than one account on various sites. It's very frustrating. The answer is quite simple, we can't do anything about it because it's a problem with their computer and/or their ISP. About the only thing to suggest is to email another person you know who has access to bring up the problem to a moderator. Or if you have an brick & mortar address, write them.
Until then just keep trying back, one day they will discover the error themselves.
