providing the mobiles that your trying to connect to are, bluetooth capable devices themselves. it,s the matter of getting the 2 devices to find or recognise each other ( connection Manager ) or device enabled settings.
If your mobile phone is Infa red then the 2 are incompatable. This can sometimes be determined via a little blue flashing light ( hence Bluetooth )
refer to your PDAs user and instruction guide for further assistance.

SOURCE: Speaker problem
Check if there are any hardware conflicts. Go control panel - system- hardware - device manager. If there are any yellow exclamation marks against the listing of your laptops hardware then you need to install the correct driver. If all the drivers are installed make sure the sound is enabled. Also make sure the sound is not muted and that none of the input levels on the sound mixer are very low. Note the sound will not be heard in the speakers if there is a plug in the headphone socket - make sure nothing is broken off in the socket stopping it from working.

Connect the headphones to the bluetooth.
Open the control panel, go to Sounds and Audio Devices.
Click the Audio tab.
Under Sound Playback (top portion of the tab), it says 'Default Device'. Drop the menu down and select your headphones. Click apply then ok, and you should be good to go.
I can't guarantee that this will stay set up this way. If you disconnect the headphones, you very well may have to run through this again.

You can purchase a universal bluetooth headset and then pair the device using the instruction manual that comes with the headset. This is a very easy process and all you need to do is make sure that the blutooth on your phone is switched on. When you turn the headset on, it should automatically pair after the first attempt.
