Question about Nokia Cell Phones
Can't connect to either device although they are recognized the message not supported comes on the screen
The question is what exactly are you trying to connect to your phone to do?
Although the answer to that question is not that important, because everything you need to do between your phone and your PC you can do with Nokia PC Suite.
As for connecting your Nokia to your iPad, it's not going to work. You will need a phone that can produce a Wi-Fi hotspot, and this phone cannot do it.

either reinstall the drivers for your cable or google search for them. Occasionally your cable will be defective and you'll need to get a new one.

SOURCE: I cannot connect to Ipad
iPads, in fact all Apple products are very picky about connecting with other brands. iPods, for example are notorious for not allowing you to transfer data (i.e. MP3s) to them.
I am pretty sure Steve Jobs wants you to buy more Apple stuff and will not allow you to talk to Samsung kit. Sorry.
