SOURCE: Bread Machine not kneading
This site has bands/belts for breadmakers. I am buying my new paddle for the tr900s breadman pro from there. Perhaps your belt is broken? I personally have never replaced one, but it should not be too hard. Make sure you unplug the breadmaker before opening it up at all.
Try running the breadmaker with no pan in it and see if the paddle shaft turns at all during the cycle. Also, the paddle will not turn at all in the first 30 minutes of certain cycles, like the whole wheat. This is stated on the time chart of the instruction manual for this model.
Hope this helps!

Take out the bread pan and go to a kneading cycle. See if it is squeaking. If yes, then it could be the belt squeaking on the pulley or the motor itself. If it does not squeak when the pan is out, then it's the bread pan paddle and sealed bearing. That sealed bearing is lubed and sealed. It can't be oiled. Hank

I had the same problem with my Breadman TR845. I made the first loaf O.K. but the knead paddle would not turn much when it had flour in the bread pan. I took it apart and discovered that the timing belt had slipped off the black plastic gear attached to the shaft of the motor. The belt was still around the shaft of the motor which allowed it to move the paddle a little. I needed a small spacer washer that would keep the black plastic gear from sliding on the shaft and allowing the belt to slip off. There is lip only on one side of the plastic gear so if it moves the belt can slip off. I created a spacing washer from the cap on a tube of toothpaste. I cut the toothpaste cap in half and had to use a metal file to get it the right size. It needed to be 1/4 inch tall and 3/4 inch in diameter. I cut the space so that it could slip over the shaft. After putting it all back together everything works fine. And the toothpaste tube was almost empty anyway.
P.S. There are lots of screws that hold it together and the belt and gears are at the bottom of the Breadman and you have to take the whole thing apart to get to the bottom. I was able to leave all the wires attached so that putting it back together went quickly compared to the work of taking it apart.
