Walking Belt Fraying


The bow flex tc5 is an overpriced piece of equipment. The build quality is not great. There are ongoing documented problems with the belts fraying on this model. You can always order a new belt or adjust the side (loosening or tightening) your primary foot stepping side, but I would call bow flex and demand a new belt or replacement. You can mention there is a "risk of fall" due to poor workmanship. This will get their attention and you may even get a new treadmill or at least free belt. Call Bow flex customer service at 1-800-436-6549.

Why does the bow length need to match my draw length?


The bow length needs to match your draw length because the bow limb is designed to be used at a particular draw length range. For instance if you use a bow with limbs too long for your draw length, you won't be able to flex the limbs enough to make them efficient.

Form is the stance of an archer when they shoot. The ideal form is for an outstretched and slightly flexed bow arm and a flexed horizontal and flexed bowstring arm at full draw. You should resemble the letter T.

Then roll the dumbbells in and up and slowly lower them down after a short pause maintaining your elbows just slightly bent.

Are there benefits of using dumbbells over barbells?


Theadvantage of using a ******** over a barbell is that you are working both armsequally. In addition, you have a greater range of motion using dumbbells. For example,when chest pressing, dumbbells don't hit your chest like the barbell.
