The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: "No signal" on hdtv while trying to watch netflix via xbox

First you need to eliminate the possibility that
the box is loosing video feed from the G.P.U.
hook the unit up in with normal yellow
white and red a/v connection for standard TV
out . if it happens shut the unit off and on again
and if you have sound and no video it's the G.P.U
becoming disconnect , the fix for this is to have
the chip re-flowed back to the P.C.board .the other
cause is a failing HDMI cable but im guessing you
already replaced that.

If you have any questions feel free to ask

Why is my Netflix screen white with a small square at the top of the site with movie?

I fixed the problem by activating the Silverlight plugin. Open the menu button in Firefox. Click on Add-ons. This will open the Mozzilla page. Click Plugins. The Ad- ons Manager will open. It will list your ad-ons. Find Silverlight, then on the far right, choose how you want it to operate. I chose Always Activate. I had this problem on my Win7 laptop. When i tried to stream on my Win7 desktop, I got a pop-up asking me to activate Silverlight. I cllcked it and Netflix started streaming right away. Why the two Win7 machines are different, I have no idea.

You might also try another browser like Goodle Chrome.

When I try to load a movie I get an error code n8109. What do I do?

Hi donblate,

The error you're seeing is related to the Silverlight plugin, which Netflix uses to play movies and TV shows on your computer.

Netflix error 1810

Try clearing data on browser, each are different so try googling steps to clean or clear data, if this does not work

Silverlight installed to play netflix on computers & laptops might be the problem.
The Silverlight plugin, which Netflix uses to play movies and TV shows on your computer.
This error is usually caused by one of three things:
  • A computer setting preventing Silverlight from storing files it needs to play your movie or TV show
  • An issue with the Silverlight plugin itself
  • An issue with the content you're trying to play.
  • Try re-installing uninstalling then reinstalling silverlight.
Hope it works for you, best of luck.

We are ttying to "stream" and cannot connect to netflix

Hello.
To stream on Netflix your Netflix account has to be set up to stream.
For Netlix user's your account would be either streaming OR playing DVDs, not both.
If your Netflix is set up to stream, you may need to download Microsoft Silverlight which is free and availble from Microsoft.
Be sure to download the latest version of Silverlight.

You will also need to open Netflix.com and create an account on your computer.

Close netflix and reopen after creating account then login.
Then check your account for streaming or DVD playing.

Depending on why kind of TV you have to watch a movie you will need to connect to the TV with an HDMI cable.

Netflix displays 'plug-in problem' when I try to watch anything

Try re downloading the silverlight driver. I had a similiar issue a few weeks ago, I delayed my update to watch something, the browser crashed, and I got the a similiar error. I tried using chrome, safari, firefox. Then I just updated the silverlight plug in, rebooted just to make sure, then worked fine.

The attached link should scan and give you a link to download.

If this doesn't work, please let me know.

If you have a Netflix compatible Mac, the Silverlight plug-in will automatically install when you try to watch your first movie. It is possible that you have a PowerPC (PPC) Mac which in turn is too old for online video streaming. PowerPC Mac's will have great difficulty or the outright inability to use streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. Check out the link I provide, and go to the "System Requirements" tab to see if your Mac meets the minimum. There is no "hack" or any other method that will make it work on a PowerPC Mac, it's just time for a newer computer. Get Silverlight Microsoft Silverlight

Netflix will not come on it goes all the way to screen where you pick your choice but when i do it goes to another screen

After making a selection you should get a black screen with some blue balls that alternate from blue to white to show loading progress, that screen should change to the red "Netflix" screen with a progress bar on the bottom to show how much of the movie has been loaded into the streaming queue. Then it will go back to a black screen and the movie should begin to play.

Now the speed to which all of this occurs varies as it is based on your available download bandwidth. Based on the information provided, it could indicate a problem with the Silverlight plugin for your web browser.

Silverlight is a plugin created by Microsoft to allow the streaming of protected content, it is also the plugin that Netflix uses to stream online video.

You could try to uninstall the Silverlight plugin and then reinstall it to see if that works.

Microsoft Silverlight

The link above will take you to the Microsoft website with the current version of Silverlight.

If reinstalling the plugin does not fix the issue, a problem with your Internet connection, a firewall issue or a malware / spyware issue on your computer.
