Question about T-Mobile Sidekick II
Ring up the mobile phone service provider you are connect with tell them you need a puk code and your mobile number then they will generate a puk for you to unlock.

If you log onto your companys website under your account and go to the option that says devices you can get the puk code- different than a pin code. If you enter in too many numbers it will permanently block your sim card and you will have to buy a new sim card from your cell phone company- they are about $20
