i would say search ebay for any used/parts only T10s, u know those really really cheap and strange prices...
or just be creative, see if u can discretely glue it with some gorilla glue or other adhesives without compromising the looks or functionality. i would personally sell mine on ebay if i confirm there is no way to fix this rather annoying automatic restart issue....

Computer shops sell USB cables. Take your Iriver player with you to the computer shop because the USB cables come with different size connectors and you need one that fits your player.
