Pump will build up pressure then pressure is gone then rebuilds back up and let go again. How do I keep the pressure up? Can this be fixed?

Sounds like you have air in the line. Before starting - turn on the water and squeeze trigger for a few minutes to get the air out. Then start like you mormally do.

Washer has low pressure. but can see pressure build up in hose. then when squeez triger motor stops.

Hello, W/D here.

Sounds like it may be air locked. Connect the hose to the washer. Connect the wand and hose to the washer. Open the supply water, and hold down the trigger on the spray wand. Be patient, this can take several minutes.
Now crank the washer.
Best regards, --W/D--

I cannot pressurize the sprayer. I have the solution in the sprayer. Handle is screwed on. No spray comes out

When you pump the handle is there resistance? If there is, pressure is building up in the sprayer.
If there is no resistance, the sprayer pump is probably deteriorated and should be replaced.
If there is pressure and when you squeeze the trigger nothing comes out, remove the nozzle and make sure there is nothing plugging it.
Good Luck,

My pressure washer won't build up any pressure. it will run water when you pull the trigger, but it is the same pressure as if the unit if not running

I'll assume you have an electric rather than a gas powered unit. First check the button on the plug to be sure the GFCI hasn't popped and be sure the outlet has power. With the water faucet turned fully on and the power switch on squeeze and hold the trigger for at least 10 seconds to let the water flow push the air out and then it should start up.

Gas engine will not start without pulling trigger on wand to relieve pressure-engine dies when letting off trigger

I am afraid that is how they work even electric ones wont start unless you squeeze the trigger ,once they are running you should be ablr to release the trigger , and then squeeze it again whilst running . if yours dies when you release the trgger while motor is running -----good chance you are working at too high pressure. but to start you have to release all the internal pressure
