Go to control panel, user accounts, then click change user account controls, bring the slider to the bottom to never notify you.

Try this, 1. Open a elevated command prompt. Click on All Programs and Accessories, then right click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator.
2. To Enable the Hidden Built-In Administrator Account -

Why do i have to change my paswort all the time?


You might have it set to change at certain intervals
IE: at log in or after each restart .......

Disable password log in
On both PC and Mac computers, you can set up your system to automatically log in to a certain user account.
As a result, this setting will allow you to bypass the password login that is typically required.
You should only enable automatic login on your computer if it cannot be easily accessed by other people.

Open the Start menu and click on "Run."
Type "control userpasswords2" (no quote marks) into the dialog box and press the Enter key.

Uncheck the box next to "Users must enter a username and password" and click on the "Apply" button.

Enter the username of the account you want to automatically log in with and then type that account's password twice to finish setting up automatic login.

Click "OK." Password login has now been disabled.

Open System Preferences by clicking on the Dock icon.

To configure Dracula Origin to run in administrator mode:

1. Right mouse click Dracula Origin shortcut and click Properties.
2. Click Compatibility tab.
3. Check Disable visual theme and Disable desktop composition.
4. Check Run this program as an administrator.
5. Run Dracula Origin.

Though you are an administrator if UAC is on you're not gonna be able to install anything unless you right click the installer and click on "Run as administrator"

If you are annoyed of the UAC you can try to disable it try to follow this link and Method 1 is the one I recommend but it's up to you if you Method 1 didn't disable it.

Taskmanager disabled by your administrator


Click on start then run
Type gpedit.msc then ok
Click + on administrative templates
Click + on system
Click on CTRL ALT DEL options
over to the right double click on remove task manager
Click on disabled then apply then ok
You will now have back taskmanager
This is normaly caused by malware you should if you havent already run an anti malware scan.
Malware Bytes is an excelent example of a scanner and is located here: www.malwarebytes.org get the free trial version its great.

Disable network access to registry!!


are you running winxp os? if so go to control panel click on administrative tools then on services, look down the list until you see what your looking for and disable it. I hope this helps.

About registry


You can not. Unless you create a Guest or a non-administrator account, Users from that account wont have access to regedit.
But you can disable it on an Administrator account and others.

Lets say you want to disable regedit on the Administrator's account, login to Administrators account and do as follows:

Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Value Name: DisableRegistryTools
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = allow regedit, 1 = disable regedit)


Do the same for Guest/Any other accounts.
