**Got file, page lay out>paper>paper size>scroll to custom,type desire pape length & width** After print command, in printer dial box go to properties,select paper/quality,paper size,select custom, type desire length & width
if lines are wite, so toner is empty, if lines are strong and two lenght left and right paper, so need clean cartriadge, and if there are many small lines in all or part of paper but all vertical, or lenght of paper in step 3-4sm so need change drum.
It could be several errors. 1) do you have paper size senzor on paper tray set according the paper in? 2) It coud be that you have problem with paper pick up clutch 3) check the registration sensor flappers, door on the left of the tray flapper,... 4) try to clean the rollers 5) compare your paper lenght with some other paper manufactors
make sure that the maximum lenght for the label is set to something greater than the physical length of the label. I was having this issue with a 4x3 label. As soon as I increased the maximum lenght to 5 inches it worked.
Check your machine paper tray settings to see if they have "custom" and set/use that. Or you can select 11X17 on some machines and will will work (on some).
do not use ohp film in this device as it will jam due to the use of optical paper sensors unless your ohp has a paper backing. you can set up the bypass tray for thick paper type to increase fuser temp to get better fusing etc

all scanner are equipped with double feed prevention, however it still the user responsibility to ensure that you follow manufacturer's advice, to prevent double feeding:
1- do not feed dog eared paper
2- moistured paper or with strong humid
3- concave paper
4- convex paper
open paper tray and look at the paper stopper ( the one on the end that you can adjust for the paper lenght)
is it set for letter?
now take a look on the SIDE of the tray there are three prongs, when you adjust the paper lenght, are they moving as you adjust the paper? for letter size the bottom two should be out and the top one should be in.
