This is a rear projection CRT TV (picture tubes)Not service-friendly (disassembly,getting parts)more problems compared to other brands....

probably you have glycol leaking on the anode lead, in one off the pic tube, check for wets spots, or pay attention on the chassi where the hv leads are located, be careful

You can probably purchase a smilar set on Craig's list for $300.00, at least that's what they go for in the Austin Texas area.
A new tube may be too expensive and difficult to replace.
