We have a 1999 Mazda 626LX and when you turn on the air conditioning black foam type stuff blows everywhere. What could be causing this and it there an easy fix for it.

it is the insulation that seals the vents to the dash, it is just dry rotted and will continue to so, it is somewhat normal as it occurs often in all cars. Hope this helped tim

Ac will not blow threw vent

The ac resistor is located on the blower motor under the right side of the dash. Looks like a black box bolted to the housing of the motor. You can check the resistor by first looking to see if the thermal limiter is still good. The thermal limiter keeps other parts of the resistor from being damaged from to much heat. If there is stuff melting from between the contacts then you need to replace your resistor due to the thermal limiter damage. If no damage then check your continuity between the terminals of the resistor withan ohm meter. These are the ohm reswistance that they shopuld be within if they are not then you need to replace resistor:between terminals 2&3 8ohms or less, 2&4 1.8 and 2 ohm, 1&4 2.3 and 2.5 ohms. If all tests passed check brown and Orange wire(positive) terminal and check for voltage. There should be at least 10 volts being supplied to this terminal (when the motor is not in off position). If there is not at least 10 volts there then the problem lies somewhere between fuse panel and ac control panel. If there is 10 volts of power and it still is not working check the ground wire(orange and black) to see if the ground wire is insufficient. I don't know if you need all that but If you do end up trouble shooting you have the info you need. I hope i helped.

Air not blowing out of the vents of my 2003 Dodge Durango

From what I hear it is a vacuum line issue. Mine is doing the exact same thing. So, I am going to get a diagram and try checking the vacuum lines to see if any are loose or tore

I go under the dash and feel the air flowing out the floor and it is coming out of the defrost, also. I noticed under the drivers side today that air is flowing and there seems to be a gap in between a part under there. There was some material stuff I saw around the edge of it that sticky brown stuff and it sometimes before came out my vents all the time. Anyways, not sure if my air is just not sealed good to blow out the vents but it is something that happened not long ago and we've not done anything under our dash area.

Air Conditioning Fog

does the fog smell sweet. if ti does then you have a leak in your heater core. if a/c compressor is comming on/off rapidly or not engaging at all then you have a leak in your evaporator core.

Kenmore dryer won't start

your blowing that many thermal fuses, id replace all the thermostats. (2) come in one kit both on heater box 1 top and one bottom. id also look into your venting, a clogged fo kinked vent is going to overheat the unit and blow all sorts of stuff(not to mantion the potential fire hazard of a bad vent
