Can someone tell me please what top speed is for this scooter and what weight it handled

Generally the disability scooter is available in a 4 mph, an 8 mph version or a dual version that can be switched between both those maximum speeds..

I think I read somewhere 18 stones is the test weight. A heavier load could be carried but the machine won't accelerate as quickly and the climbing ability will be reduced and so probably will the range.

Due to the bought-in nature of many of the components, standardisation is virtually impossible and so there will be variations in spec. naturally between models and between manufacturers so it is best to check with the manufacturer of your machine or a dealer with experience of your machine.

What is the top range of the two batteries, in miles?

the range in miles of a mobility scooter depends on make model and battery size and is usually found in owners manual.
the quoted range as example quoted at 12 miles usually means aprox 12 miles on a flat road with a weight of around 11 stone
hill climbing and any weight over 11 stone will reduce this max range considerably.owners manuals are avail online and from mobility centers and scooter manufactures,

On my "Ideaworks" wireless electronic display

After playing with the remote on this scale for about 30 minutes, I finally found out how to change this display from kg to pounds or stones. Since this scale doesn't come with an instruction manual, I know a lot of people are totally lost. OK, first click the user button once, so that the weight and goal weight show. Then hold down the clock/set button. After a few seconds the kg on the screen will start blinking. Then use your arrow buttons to switch to stones, then to pounds. The lb will show at the top of the display above where the kg was. You can also set your goal weight by pressing the set button and scanning through after setting the lbs setting. Hope this helps!

EKS bathroom scales Model:8901BM DC:3403 I need to know how to change weight units from Kg's to Stones and Pounds.

Turn the scales over so that you're looking at the underside. You will see a 2-way switch that says "Kg" on one side and "St" on the other... Choose either kilograms or stones.

I have XL8 and need to replace batteries, what is the amps strength to give me greater miles, Im a big guy and need to go further than just a few miles

hi, according the manual

http://www.pridemobility.co.uk/docs/UK_Celebrity_XL8_om.pdf

the batteries are
Battery Requirements
Size: U1 (31-36 AH)

Weight Capacity 181 kg, 28 stone (400 lbs.)

Range Per Charge1 (With 31-36 AH batteries) Up to 40.23 km (25 miles)

You can use 40Amps batteries for this scooter and that will increase the total distrance to 27 miles max depending on your weight.
