Question about Polaroid Cameras
I have followed the procedure in the manual to down load the internal software and I keep getting a message saying the to check the camera connection . when I hit ok on the pop up it reappears twice then a short flash of a page appears for .1 of a second that looks like it may be the intro page of the software. I also tried setting the camera time as per the manual and the only response is the download pic's and video message . I have down loaded a device manageradd on and still no success.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: we cant download our pictures
Are you looking for the file on your PC or you looking to download a new copy of the file? If its the first, for me its in C:\Program Files\MDSC2, if you're looking for a copy of the file I wish you luck o.o. I just reinstalled the drivers for my kids sakar camera from the manufacturers website and it included the transtwain driver in it....so I'd try that? :D

I happened to have a drive mapped to the drive it normally uses for the digital camera so it didn't show up under My Computer (happened to be F: for me). Once I disconnected the other mapped drive, the camera showed up as Removable Media (F:). Be careful not to map a drive to the first several letter of the alphabet due to automatic mapping conflicts :)

Are your batteries fully charged? Direct Camera to PC transfer uses a lot of power. Some early L100s could not use rechargable batteries - unless you downloaded new firmware fron Nikon. That needs a card-reader. Once you have a card-reader, use this to download the pics, so that the PC supplies all the power.
