I can't close PC card slot on hp pavillion -- either the PC card slot holder pops out or a little black lever

If the monitor works on a different PC, the problem may be your video graphics card. If it is a builtin graphics card, you can install a graphics card and disable the integrated one if there is an open slot on the motherboard.

If the NIC card is built-in you need to buy a seperate NIC card that can be inserted to the PCI-e slots of your computer's motherboard

push the memory card again into the memory card slot and it should slightly pop out

if the 512mb nVidia is PCI-express then it is compatible. the point here the slot. if the slot is PCIE then the card should be PCIE also

Your Pavillion has 3 PCI slots and 1 PCI-E slot. I would recommend using the PCI-E slot as it is the fastest. Also, for editing I would go with a 1GB PCI-E card as this will give you 1GB of DEDICATED video memory. Once you have the card, it is as simple as putting the card in the PCI-E slot (The shorter slot of the four you will see) and powering the PC on.

Ok, what you've got to do are the following.

1. Remove outer cover. (you've obviously already done this)
2. Remove holder for personal storage device.
Pull up brown/black lever untill the unit lifts up and out
3. You can now see black screw holding in DVD/RW Drive - remove it.
4.Lift latch that you described
5. Push DVD Drive forward until you can access the memory

if your video slot is a agp try buy a nvidia geforce 7800gs used on ebay cheap and good ;p if u have a pci-x slot u can have a better card also check your power suppy if is enough for it you can ask to a reseller near you cya

1. I have this printer myself.
   
2. Facing the printer, look on the far right corner.
3. You will see a little door below the scanner. This is where the single black and three color cartridges reside.
4. Open the door and see the cartridges.
5. The black will be the one that is to the far left in this compartment.
6. Each cartridge is secured by a blue vertical "lever"
7. Push on the blue lever and it should click and pop out slightly.
8. With your index finger, pull down on the lever and the cartridge should pop out even further.
9. Let the blue lever drop down and grasp the cartridge and pull toward you. The cartridge should come out.
10. Remove the cover and tape from the new cartridge and put in the black cartridge slot until seated in the slot.
11. Gently lift the blue lever until it clicks
12. Close the door and the printer will begin to clean itself automatically.

No because the Aircard PC5750 is a PCMCIA slot card, and your laptop has a Next Gen Express Card/ 54 Slot. The Express card slot is smaller than the PCMCIA slot. That makes the PC5750 incompatible.
