Question about Cell Phones
Every phone including the same model has a different password. Take your phone to the carrier you bought it from along with your purchase receipt.
The IMEI is unique to your Sim card in the phone. You may have to buy a new Sim Card if the carrier can't resolve the password. Be sure to transfer credits on the account.

This sounds like a problem involving your cellular provider. I would call whoever you get your cell service from (Verizon AT&T etc) they are the only ones who can diagnose and solve this problem for you since it may be happening on their end.

SOURCE: send me the INTERNET setting
The Internet settings(GPRS settings) are provided by your Service Provider
Call your Service Provider, ask them send you the GPRS settings
When you receive them just save them and turn your mobile off for 3 minutes then turn it on

All versions of Samsung GT-C3222 are supported but your GT-C3222 must be locked to Europe network. Please use USB unlocking for non-Europe models (if available).
Getting the unlock codes is very simple process. You just need to read you IMEI number (type *#06# on your phone keypad) and submit it to Unlock
