Follow these steps:
First : save your important files and data those in your mobile.
Second : type the code below on your mobile screen:
*2767*3855# and wait until operation is finished
After it finished all the passwords in your mobile will be erased,and you can make new passwords.

SOURCE: samsung gt e2652 charging voltage is ok but not showing charging

Could it be that that the app is disturbing the charging.
