SOURCE: If fan is manually started, a/c works ok. Will not start on own

it looks like getting power. if starts up manually then it could be Capacitor which get the fan going or the fan motor it self. i can tell you the Capacitor is much cheaper! i would start with that first

Goodman package heatpump blower motor contant running

check your themostat fan mode switch to see if it in on or auto. It should be in auto. If this does not stop indoor fan motor, (it may take up to 2 minutes for the fan to stop, preprogrammed shutoff in the thermostat and fan control cards may make you think the fan has not stopped ) If this does not stop the fan the fan control board in your air handler has a green wire shorting to 24 volt signal in the theromostat wire or the contact on the blower control card is stuck and will need replaced.

Armstrong ultra advantage 93, propane. blower kicks on right away when i call for heat via thermostat. will not ignite. blower keeps running. fan set to auto. help!

Make sure that there is not a manual limit that has tripped and needs to be reset. Roll out limits, and check primary limit. On some models if a limit is tripped the blower starts to run right away.
I don't know if this will fix it. But that is where I would start if I was working on this problem. Then I would check if the combustion blower starts and then if it makes the pressure switch. Then check if the ignitor is sparking or glowing and getting power to it. A good volt meter will help in checking.
Good Luck.

I HAVE A 1996 TOYOTA COROLLA., THE INTIERIOR FAN IS NOT WORKING

It doesn't sound like a fuse problem to me. More like the blower motor is bad. Try tapping the blower motor with the back of a screwdriver next time it starts acting up. If the fan speeds up or starts up, definitely a bad blower motor.

Having multiple intermittent problems

I guess the overall answer is yes it could be the ECM.
Code 16 is high or low system battery voltage.
Code 21 and 22 are both for the throttle position sensor.
And code 43 is for the electronic spark control which controls engine spark timing.
The ECM grounds various relays to make things happen such as turning on the cooling fan. So a faulty ECM could cause all of the symptoms. But so could a wiring problem in one of the harnesses.
Especially a ground problem somewhere.
If the alternator suddenly starts overcharging the system the ECM can shut down the car to protect the circuits. Unusual, but possible.
This info may not help much, but somebody is going to have to test the circuits when the engine dies or when the symptoms happen.

Replaced timing belt engine will not start

check for spark at the sparkplugs, and listen to hear the fuel pump going when key is turned on. if no pump noise and no spark it can be the auto shutdown relay located on the drivers side fender behind battery. the auto shut down shuts off power to the ignition and fuel pump if the timing belt snaps. ,,,, if you have spark and fuel pump works then check firing order on plug wires , if they are in right place then check timing , if timing belt was replaced without lining up the timing marks it wont run

Compressor appears to kick in, runs for short time

It sounds like your unit may have a bad run capacitor or start capacitor and relay. Low voltage will also cause this problem. First you need to make sure that you have the full rated voltages at the unit, if you do, then, have the run and start capacitors checked out and the start relay.

Won't start, no spark and fuel pump wont run

This could be one of two things. One of which is the ASD Relay or Auto Shut Down relay. The is the ignition relay. Both of these are located under the hood.
