Make sure data is checked off in settings. Make sure it connects to Internet if you receive data that way. If you use wifi, make sure that is checked off in settings. Good luck!

lesson 2 me 1 think u should turn of for 5min than turn it on go setting menu ! than go for network setting after that u can which ever your Sim card is choose it and it will connection and again put it of for 5min than put it on ,it will definitely i will work out ham ok !

u need to set the messege centre number correctly contact ur operator helpline or try deleting the messages in your outbox and saved items.

its a common problem for much of the htc mobiles , even if u complain for the htc care they say they are trying to resolve it but thats not gona happen , i too had the same problem and just replaced it
